ABOUT US
Managing Director Jim Lewis founded Dadaru in 2011 to realise his vision of creating Aboriginal employment opportunities through training, up-skilling and employment support.
Initially established to meet a specific requirement to maximise Aboriginal involvement and employment on the Ridges Iron Ore Project developed by Kimberley Metals Group, Dadaru has grown in its scope and reach through its history.
Today, the range of services we provide continues to expand across new industries, disciplines and territories, and Indigenous representation in our workforce now exceeds 80%.
Clients choose to deal with Dadaru because of our pivotal role in bringing together the industry, the community and the government to address specific skills shortage, and to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to achieve sustainable solutions. Critical to our success is the high level of training and skills development we provide, so that clients are assured they are getting the best teams with the most relevant area-specific experience.
